Not really. There's a difference between calling someone a f** and calling someone bent. The former can only be taken as homophobic (I doubt he was calling him a cigarette!) whereas the latter was most likely meaning he thinks the ref is a cheat/dishonest/corrupt.

That's but acceptable either, but let's not take things out of proportion. Shaun Wane was not being homophobic.
