I think he's lost interest, a man who's desperate to do all he can to turn things around doesn't head off over to Sheffield to take a new challenge on. I'd accept the situation if he'd arranged for an experienced CEO with RL connections to run the club in his absence, but essentially we've been left in the hands of the inexperienced Motu Tony and the office staff!
