The OP has in a nutshell. Root cause - Pearson! Its almost like hes always worked for Allam and is driving the club into the ground

2013 6th and Wembley appearance. Coach sacked due to a Hull lad getting in the owners ear.
2014 avoid relegation as a bankrupt club ran out of steam (Bulls) and an amateur team propped the league up.
2015 celebration year and apart from a club who constantly lurch from one financial crisis to another we'd be bottom and adrift by now. But Adam says we are making progress.

If pearson fails to act then I have to seriously question his motives. It;s almost as if he had a half decent coach so binned him to appoint the worst possible coach he could find. I never thought we'd see a worse coach than agar in charge under pearson but we certainly have

I think he's lost interest, a man who's desperate to do all he can to turn things around doesn't head off over to Sheffield to take a new challenge on. I'd accept the situation if he'd arranged for an experienced CEO with RL connections to run the club in his absence, but essentially we've been left in the hands of the inexperienced Motu Tony and the office staff!
