Or are we just not recruiting the right people?
In recent years our results really haven't been up to scratch. Different coaches have came in yet no one has really made it their own. For me, Peter Sharp was an exception, as well as John Kear (I did rate him) but ever since then no one has even come close. Agar wasn't a favourite, Gentle was supposed to be the best person that wasn't currently employed as a head coach, came with a very good reputation but again couldn't manage it, Radford seems clueless. Would anyone even want to coach us knowing the track record? We have the fan base, the talent pool in terms of youth system, however it's a rare occasion where the whole squad seem fully motivated. I think we have a strong squad and looking at past recruits (yes we've had some bad ones) but with the likes O'Meley, Fitzgibbon etc we should be an entertaining team to watch, but no one seems to be able to get full potential out of the players.

Well since Peter Gentle returned to Parramatta they really improved last season. Started off with a bang yesterday also Good coach in my opinion and big mistake by Pearson sacking him
