As the new season approaches and with the bookmakers delivering odds on how they think the season will go, we're going to have a betting thread for the forum. We seem to get a thread like this week on week so it has been decided to create this thread for all odds to go in. It keeps the place a little tidier and it's also easier to look back at the odds from the start of the season and see if anybody managed to pick a longshot that paid off. There are a few guidlines to follow however:

1. Please attempt to keep all odds/tips on Hull FC and Rugby League. You may post tips on other sports too but keep these to a minimum as there is a betting thread available on the Other Sports forum for you to use for this.

2. This is not a place to create bets with other forum members. As has happened in the past, two people have created a bet, then when the outcome has been decided, the loser doesn't pay up, causing conflict on the board. This will not be tolerated and as a result, nobody is to create a bet with another member. Anybody who tries to create one will be warned and if it is attempted again, they will then be banned.

3. Please provide a link to any odds you post so that users can easily see any other bets that may be on offer.

4. Finally, just like anything on RLFANS, all posts must not breach the AUP.

Please make use of this thread as it is for everybody's benefit.
