Does the person who bought you it have a receipt? I'm sure that would be enough as those taking advantage of the Direct Debit scheme will be in the same boat.

I have just had an answer from the club regarding this question:

The club has a list of all passholders so if you call the club and register for Meet the Players tickets then the club will cross reference your name with the database and confirm your eligibility for the event. On the day all you have to do is take some ID to the event and you're in!!
