Fact is I and a few others didn't want him here anyway due to his off-field activities.
A few off-field misdemeanours i couldnt care less about as long as he was doing it on the park. What has he actually been "quoted" as saying since he left?

I'm not turning this into another Cooke thread. Suffice it to say that some of what he's got up to in his private life I find despicable and far beyond a 'misdemeanour'.
He shafted the club, the fans, and his fellow players once already. You may be happy to drop your pants and bend over again. I'm not.
Hold on to me baby, his bony hands will do you no harm It said in the cards, we lost our souls to the Nameless One

Rule said at the fans forum at the start of the year that we were still pursuing legal redress for Cooke's move to Rovers and "we will strike when the time is right". It seems highly unlikely that this action will go ahead now, so I wonder when he'll acknowledge we've given up on it?

whoa whoa whoa! I never once said i wanted him back. I know the kid and know what he's like, he is bad news. I am merely making a comment that he is exactly the type of player we need.

The fact is we should of said that he is nothing to do with us anymore, let the rfl deal with him. We could of walked away being the bigger man!

I wouldn't take him back and the club are clueless if they are even thinking about it. He has done feck all since he moved the KR and we should stay well away.
Move on...
