They still scored the last try tho, unfortunately.
One thing ive noticed about this season is, we have only conceeded back to back tries once and that was at the beginning of the Celtic game. Maybe its a good sign that we try and raise our game after conceeding.

Yea defence is good and we are looking more organized then last season
Would like to see us put a game to bed and then burn the bed with them in it. Feel it was our poor decepline and control of the ball that giving teams try/points .

we've just gotta tighten up on the basics really, like the other thread about gaining more yards when finding touch.
trying a 'hollywood' cutout pass on the 2nd tackle in our own half, after going 6-0 up was another silly moment that cost us possession, all we needed was a 'boring' set to settle the game down after such a great start.

Wow... and all those people last season who said we were too boring... that we didn't try anything... that we didn't pass enough.
It looked a pre-planned move - if it had worked you would be on here applauding it.

Have to agree with you. Briscoe should have caught the ball the move was perfectly valid and had Briscoe executed correctly we would as a minimum had good field position and might even have scored. Can't have it both ways it was a low risk move which required a player to catch a ball which he will know he should have done.

Exactly... didn't Warrington do it to us last season? All in the first 10 mins and suddenly we were 12-0 down.
It was passed perfectly but not caught. Small margin between brilliance and 'being stupid we should have played boring rugby for a bit'
