A good win last night but far too close on the scoreboard for my liking. The territorial and posession advantage we had in the 1st half should have seen us 20 points in front by half time. We still look too easy to defend against in the opposition 20 and struggle to unlock defences without a kick. We have 2 excellent runners in Mau and Tickle but we're not using them effectively near the line. Hopefully Agar and Sharp are looking at it but we don't really look much better close to the line than we have for the last 2 or 3 seasons

id be just as worried about the ease with which huddersfield scored on the few occasions they had the ball near hull line

why dont we ever learn STOP LAYING ON
every team makes mistakes that cost ground though, it doesnt excuse conceding tries without anyone laying a hand on the scorer though

That said, we still had more than enough possession and pressure to have won by 20 points or more. Something that needs to be addressed.
Thorman ran a bit more last night and set up 2 trys...so looking good there.
If we are doing that after a dozen matches then i would be worried...even Sts and Leeds arent firing yet as we are only 4 games in........but 4/4 and attack room for improvement.....that will do for me.

Thats why you got the Bullet Agar...Adam Pearson wants winners...not useless gits like you.
