Reading the last paragraph, what your saying is clearly the case.

We know he wants to sign quality players, we've being told endlessly, but when the likes of Aspinwall, Martin, Watts,Pitts and McGoldrick sign the club definition of quality is quite confusing.
Yes I'm aware we've signed GE who is an outstanding signing everybody would agree with that. Also Lynch was a very good signing.
