He was never going to stay in Super League as he wanted to get back to Sydney due to his young family. The fact he turned down Les Catalans and New Zealand Warriors to sign for Wests on a 1 year min wage deal proves how much he wanted to get back to Sydney.

We dont produce halfbacks in this country any more, the bests we have to offer is Burrow, who is a very very dangerous player with ball in hand but dosnt do the jon that Aussie halfbacks do, Im not sure if thats down to coaching at junior levels but whatever the reason we just dont.
