I believe that the club are a little peeved about Dans actions but he's a fan and he will always do the digging and let us have the news good or back as soon as he does and long may that continue. Good Luck Richie part of me thinks that you might need it.
Wasn’t it Matt Shaw who wrote the piece on Saturday naming Myler?

Ellis didn't enjoy the job and I don't recall a string of star British players or top Aussies queuing up to join us at that time.
Maybe just give Myler a chance as much as it goes against your instincts.
I remember we had this discussion about Okunbor and lets give him a chance which i said ok i will. I havnt a clue who would be available for this role and similarly the player aquisitions we need but just feel we should be making a statement of intent in the signings including the DOR.but it seems this appointment comes with strings. To bring the criticism by myself of this appointmment to an end on here i will again take your advice and give him a chance. That said i just dont see any ambition from the club and i feel Pearson is only around now to try and recover his initial investment in the club

The key to remember here as well is that he may not have been peoples first choice, may not have even been on most peoples radar, but he's here and he's doing the job. That's a fact that isn't changing. So what's the point in moaning and saying we should have gone for someone more experienced or of a higher stature? We haven't. It might be a mistake in the long run, might be the greatest thing we have ever done, or it might fall somewhere in-between.
We can't predict the future. But what we can do is give the guy our support. Instead of pre-judging him before he's even got started.

For me this all looks like it's gonna be the next stage in the mess that is the Pearson era of owning hull FC but......... I'm prepared to support the club if I see more improvements in the playing staff and back room areas.
I was hoping Pearson would be gone, a new owner would come in and the fans would go mad for it like Hull City have done with their owner. I imagined the mkm with 15000+ fans in knowing our current team is poop but still going to show support at a new beginning. Instead it's a bit of a damp squib so far, us fans need more than just an inexperienced dor to bring back the enthusiasm but for now I'll get on board and keep my fingers crossed

It's only a damp squib to you and anybody else who set there expectations unrealistically high based on foundless social media rumours.

Plus these kind of things no doubt take time. We can't just click our fingers and everything's suddenly changed, particularly when it comes to ownership/investment. We've no idea how far along investment is (personally I think it's further along than Pearson let on in his interview) but no one was ever going to just waltz up with a wad load of cash, ask for a pen, sign a contract, and it's all done and dusted. There'll be all sorts of processes involved.
And even if we suddenly find ourselves swimming in cash with a potential new owner/investor on board, that doesn't mean we are suddenly in a position to go out and get the very best be it a DOR, coach, backroom staff or players. There's still going to be a lot of work to do to convince people to join us and show them that we are club and a project to get excited about. So maybe we have to temper expectations and accept some trade offs right now as part of the building blocks for a new era.

It was suggested that Pearson was a bit cheesed off with Dan/HDM around accusations of us not spending the full cap. This obviously come up in his interview on Humberside and it was the only question he seemed rattled by.
It's obvious that if we're spending full cap, which Pearson is adamant we are, it's horrendously bent out of shape.
I'm glad we've started to make moves to solve this. As good as Clarke and Pearson are on the commercial side of the club, they shouldn't be anywhere near the football side. I'm sure Myler will make some mistakes a long the way, but I'm pretty confident he can't assemble a worse squad than we've got now.
