Anyone seen Tony Bellew in I’m a celebrity….he talked about how he knows he is going to struggle with his brain in later years but says he won’t sue anyone as it’s what he chose to do,was his choice and he knew the risks it would bring by getting punched on the head.
Back on topic….Its Wigans to lose as recruitment has been very good..only thing that may do them is injuries to the backs as not a lot of cover.Sts are creaking a bit and not convinced on Wellens.Catalan need a bit more flair to open defences.Rovers under massive pressure with the outlay.Wire will be usual selfs and Hudds have the Watson factor…sucks life out of good players same as Leeds with Smith, who is just living on the name then a shoot out for rest but we will be sniffing about 6/7 as we are a definite unknown quantity next season.

I appreciate the players welfare, but just get them to sign a waiver, plenty more sports and jobs that are far more dangerous than RL.
That's what it will take the clubs doing something about it
Instead of just agreeing with whatever is said to them.

Exactly as i see it. There'll be more send offs/ sin binnings resulting in blowout cricket scores. - very entertaining! Its just ludicrous under these rules to expect taller, slower forwards to tackle players half their size without conceding a penalty, no doubt leading to more players throwing themselves to the floor holding their head' The quality of the game is going backwards & i agree its time to make noises about breaking away from the RFL.
Hard to predict relative success of each team as personnel have changed but Wigan and Sts have historically been well run so I would think will be top 4. I think within reason we must legislate on deliberate or wreckless head/neck contact tackles, not accidental contact or where the ball carriers head is low. This is where refs ( or dare I say it VAR) come in As Joe Cator said it’s about changing technique and not necessarily trying to dislodge the ball. The sentiment from the RFL is ok imo but it’s how it’s applied
