Any other business his feet wouldnt touch on his way out.
where have we failed in an area where JR had direct influence?
get that chip off your shoulder, I don't like the guy either, but he's done a great job for FC.

He was originally Marketing Director/Manager and was promoted to Chief Exec after Plummer left.
The rest of your post is probably libellous.

I hope they send this statement out with advertising for the season pass this year. I'm sure a lot of fans, who may not look on the website, will read that statement and be persuaded to give the club another chance. The success may take a few seasons to achieve but those moments are going to taste so much sweeter after the continual disappointment over the past four seasons. I can’t wait for next year already. When are passes on sale by the way?

Fairly sure he was brought in as marketing manager/director and later promoted to CEO after Plummer got the push. The two of them overlapped in 2007 at least I thought?

Rule was brought in to do the marketing, Plummer was the Chief Executive when Rule started at the club but was made upto Chief Executive when Plummer went.

As CE he should have influence in every area of the club not just selling over priced merchandise and bumping up ticket prices and lining KH's pockets. AP's statement today confirms today what a lot of us feared, how badly the club has being run on and off the pitch and as CE the bloke must take a very large share in the blame.

you've never been a senior manager in a shareholder led company I take it.

If the owners wanted him to do that, what choice did he have? He might have favoured a more honest approach with the fans, but was prevented from adopting that sort of tone by Kath and Co. As someone has already pointed out, Pearson isn't afraid of clearing out deadwood where necessary, so we should trust him to make the judgement as to whether JR should be allowed to remain in post, shouldn't we?
