I couldn't agree more Dave many years of heartache and pain and a few vary rare ones of great times has gone to prove that nothing is won through fine words, heightened expectations, 'great pre seasons' iconic kits, big promises or indeed the allocation of squad numbers. They are won bye everyone having the right attitude to the game and their colleagues, quality players a game plan and hard bloody work. The numbers this year have obviously been given out so early to simply eradicate one distraction later on in the process, everyone knows before they start what their number is it means nowt and they all start with a clean sheet now get on with it.

I worked with Tim Glasby who played for Melbourne Storm He said Craig Bellamy was firm but fair
You had to play to the highest standards and if you did he was fair If you couldn’t be assed to play the full 80mins he was very firm until you played for 80 mins or left the Club
