Nearly the team i would select but we dont need Houghton on the bench,in fact i would leave him out as i dont think at the moment he is offering anything. That may be due to carrying an injury but when he came on at Hudds it all started to go pear shaped. Charles would be the better option off the bench if we need to change things round at halfback
It would very much be chucking someone into the deep end however isn’t mitchy back to full fitness? His physical presence would at least give me a bit more confidence in the backs/wing

Might as well start with the best side and at least try and be in the game at half time, the last two games have been over around 20 minutes, so point in having the better players come on when the game is over.

Having read Tony’s reasoning for the losses since July last year, I am even more fearful for the rest of the season.
I’ve never read so much garbage in all my life l, apart from Lee Radfords worst stuff.
Seriously have a read of what Uncle T says in the HDM today.
It’s all word tripe - a concoction of waffle meets Pictionary
I’m sorry but he’s talking complete bollox We should have moved on from this issue in Week 6 of him being at the Club. The players aren’t listening and he can’t enforce teaching.

That’s a recipe for the shoite we’ve had so far
Lest we forget, under Agar we trained brilliantly each week!

You are right but we had some great wins too and at least competed in most games . Let’s not forget he took the team to Wembley and when you look at what our replacement coaches have had available to sign players he actually didn’t do such a bad job , in my view . His teams were like him though, dour and unimaginative but as I said , usually competitive

I don't get this constant rambling of 'falling back into bad habits'
I counted that 11 of the 17 players in the squad on Saturday have only ever played first grade rugby at Hull FC under Tony Smith, so where have they picked these bad habits from?

This is definitely the worst squad we have since we moved to the KC, even in the dark Agar days we had some good players, some star SL players, not sure we have any as it stands.
