We are going through a rough spell. For me Wakey still really miffs me. Should have won that. IMO Hodgson got to be given more time. He's putting things in place but IMO needs backing for the moment. We can't keep swaping coach's . One thing for sure we do have 3 big games coming. We had half a team missing yesterday.

We've had 3 big games already, which would have cemented us in the top 5 but we've failed dismally and that's without half a team missing, so your point is rather moot.

I like Brett but I'm beginning to lose patience, as he can't eradicate the inconsistencies that still exist and there is no stamp on the team of his style of play.

To be fair Hodgson has had enough time to have implemented attacking structure, christ he even has KP as his assistant who was supposedly the attack coach.
Yes we have players missing and a depleted squad but last night showed just how poor our attacking structure is as we just don’t have any. Even Hodgson himself in interviews has said he leaves the plays and attack to the senior players.
There was no evidence Hodgson has done anything in terms of structures for attack. Without Connor we are totally bereft of any threat.

Can’t fault the effort last night but we have no direction on the field or as evident last night from the coach. The only thing we seemed to have structure in was our defence.

Just sack him then. Promote Ellis or Shenton. I'd give it losing couple of matches for calls for sacking. Look at the beginning of the season most had us down to struggle to get into the six. Especially a few on here. We are at best a mid table team. We are whatever our wrongdoings still in 5 th with it still in our hands. We aren't great and need players out and new blood in. Youngsters need bringing along. Am still prepared to let Hodgson take us forward. Maybe people should rein in on what they expect. We are not a top 4 teamATM.

The only coach who has put something into place in the first team is Gaz Ellis yet the posse say he is not qualified to be a head coach.
You dont have to be an experienced coach to put an attacking structure together.
If Gaz can put a defensive structure together i am sure given his experience as a player together with someone like Shenton he could do better than what we have now.
I am also certain he would command a lot more respect from the players and eradicate a lot of the indiscipline on the field we now see.
