I think Connor of all the players at the club is without doubt a player they want to keep and see him an important and integral part of squad.
If they didn’t he would probably have been shipped out before now.

Alternatively he could ship himself out.

I seem to remember AP telling in August the club nearly went bankrupt because of Covid.
Now we seem to have money to spend on marquee players.
Hopefully AP has found someone to support him financially, I can't see how he can afford to do it otherwise.

(When you borrow money from a bank, say, to keep a company solvent, you don't use it to by a Rolls Royce, and then ignore the reason you took the loan out in the first place.)

Or AP was trying to get more money from the gov when they were handing it out. RL didn't get much cash out of it tbh. Alternatively getting the fans to cough up cash for season tickets, merchandise etc.

Either way, look at what AP has done for the club in last few weeks. New coach, which will change all what we wanted changing, also (if the rumours are true) got us a really top quality 6.

If the rumours are true, Reynolds will take a lot of pressure off Sneyd and give jake the freedom to get involved in the attack when he sees the opportunity.
