Seems to me a selection almost entirely of those available next season, which is sensible.
Only Mini & Paea not staying - both earned the right to go out in uniform !!
So, we replace these two with Sao & Jones.
Add in Ma'u, Fonua, Johnstone, Swift, Bienek & the mystery signed but not announced (prop ? ) and that is pretty much next years squad. Real quality - just really really hope they stay healthy.

If the players don`t put in a performance against Saints with what is at stake, will the disinterest move over to us? If they give it their all but lose, then we can ask for no more. Wonder which it will be?

We've been given one last roll of the dice. A chance to put right the wrongs of an embarrassing season. Is this team up for the challenge? We ended last season with a record losing streak and continued it into this season. If we lose emphatically again on Friday, I can see Radders off-season charm offensive being as popular as Brexit. For what it's worth, I can see us rolling over with a whimper in the first 20 minutes (again).

If they do, then it will be a major insult to us supporters.

After round 9 I said that Hull would finish 5th because after the magical 9 rounds figure they were indeed 5th
I’ve said this many times before that wherever you are after 9 rounds is very likely where you’ll finish and you nay sayers doubted me lol
Really hope we finish 5th so the 9 round curse plays out
Relying on memory but after your 9 rounds likely finish prediction, Saints were 1st and Warrington were 2nd. Wigan and maybe Salford were not in the top 5 with Salford certainly not in their final finishing position.
So if Hull win tomorrow as I predict you will have 2 correct. Not bad I suppose!

I will be watching this match from the time it kicks off around 0445hrs. Progress scores are given from the other 4 games being played so the Hull and Hull KR games can be followed. Before the TV transmission ends there will possibly be highlights shown of the matches.
