In any profession its what ever someone is prepared to pay. RL players sacrifice life time careers to play for a shorter working life.

When did I say that? I've never mentioned turgut? Plus CT will be 6. You make it up as you go bumpy.

Turgut is a backrower, he sat in front of me today and I had a chat with him, he sees his future in the backrow, but is happy to play there is required.
