I'll be so glad to see the end of this season . Can't make this weekend but will be there to see last match against Cats. Been the worst season I can remember . Next season is a new start hopefully and I do believe we will improve. We can't be any worse. It does seem we have a base with which to climb the table . Certainly not going to be world beaters but a more competitive outfit. Im hoping for a couple more signings and think they could be a couple of twists in our in and outs to come..Rightly or wrongly will always support and follow the Black and Whites.

As things stand we’ll sell a couple of thousand absolute max and it’s hard to argue with anyone who knocks it all on the head.

That's hyperbolic nonsense. For a start we have a bunch of die hard fans who can't bring themselves to criticise anything the club do and will go no matter what. Even if those fans renewed and absolutely no one else did, we would still shift more than 2000. The majority of fans I reckon have lost interest for this season. There's nothing to play for and they are sick of seeing us get a good thrashing every other week. But if they are anything like me they will still be looking forward to the new coach and players coming in and counting down to the start of the season.

Not so sure its hyperbolic nonsense at all. I do think whilst there'll still be fans that once again stump up to renew again mostly out of blind loyalty I wouldn't be surprised to see a good number who simply don't for a number of reasons.
Its not as though fans are going to be struggling to get a ticket for a game if they decide to go on a pay as you go basis and not forgetting the option to simply watch on tv.

Its hard not to argue that a good number of the fan base have grown tired not only on the consistent failure to deliver on promises if they backed the club but also a general feeling of apathy not just about the club but also the general state of the game as a whole.

Think many may well choose to just see how things go and either start by watching on the tv or paying as they go.

Anyone who thinks the majority of the die hards will just continue again may well be in for a rude awakening, personally I do think the club will have done well if they manage to shift 4K passes for next season. The discontent amongst the fan base and I include the die hards should not and can not be ignored as many are feeling cheated and in particular this season which for some will the the straw that broke the camels back.

I really enjoy long walks especially when they are taken by people I don't like!

That squad is a perfect summation of this current season, with just squad numbers 3, 8 & 13 in the first 13 and 15 & 16 out of 17, so effectively only 5 out of what is usually a teams first choice 17

I agree with that and would be surprised if we go anywhere near 5000
The HKR game will be the only match that exceeds 10000

Crackers season. Only seven who played in round one versus Rovers in this squad. Eight of that side are no longer at the club and two out injured.

Will be at least 5000k, probably 6k. Once the season finishes people will forget and miss rugby, a couple of off field announcements and people will renew.

Will lose 1.5 to 2k max I reckon wouldn't suprise me if it's less.

I'm glad you're so confident, I'm not so sure looking at the number of current and long standing regular pass holders where I sit in the East Stand that stopped mid summer coming mid summer and that's with a pass bought and paid for.
The club have a got a job on not only re engage with its fan base and its core supporters but also to convince them it'll be different this time and to renew once again.
If the recruitment had been a little more exciting then maybe but I think to say easily 4000 is underestimating the strength of feeling of discontent.

I hope I'm wrong but do feel if the club hit 4K renewals then they've done well
