It shouldn’t be acceptable but it will be glossed over as usual it’s all to cosy and there’s just no accountability and that goes for Radford too. Nothing will change next season under the current coaching team or performances would have improved. Next season will be be pretty much the same as this other than be reliant on the individuals that come in next season.
As much as I wanted Radford to succeed I think it’s time for him to go.
I really enjoy long walks especially when they are taken by people I don't like!

People on here ask for a coach to be sacked after a few bad games thats my point, just because people have defended the coach in the past doesn't mean they think they have a world class coach.
For me I wouldn't cry about it if he went, that is where I am with it.

To be fair though its not been just a few bad games it’s been an issue for a couple of seasons now.
We are awful and you can’t even see an improvement not even in the slightest. It’s just the same old same old and nothing will change that other than a change in the coaching set up as it’s ckearly not working and hasn’t been for a while.

Problems all over the park and simply sticking new signings in won't fix all the issues, they will offer more 'grunt' and go forward, but that is no longer our only issue.
Some of the team selections and interchanges are baffling, players like Fash & Lane seem to be getting picked each and every week because Radford likes them, both are young players who are learning...but they are not making an impact. Meanwhile other players like Washbrook, Mantogo, Bienek, Brown etc don't seem to be getting a look in.
Why do we keep playing Connor as a 6 when it isn't working? Carlos played at 6 at Wembley, give him a chance!
The dressing room looks fractured, in the good days of a couple of years ago there was bags of energy and players slapping each other on the back, now its hands on hips and moody looks at each other. I wonder if ditching Green, Hadley and Litten early has caused some problems?
The biggest shame this season is that 2nd place has been in easy reach for months, even just finishing 2nd and not reaching the Grand Final would have been seen as a decent year, instead we are yet again going out with a whimper. Sadly as our home form is so poor, I can see it affecting gates next year, its an entertainment game and paying £26+ for a night in a soulless, atmosphere less ground is testing even the most loyal fans patience.

Point of no return now. Don't worry, we play away next week, we know how to do that. Win and we end Castleford's season and pretty much put ourselves in the 5. Lose and it's basically over for another season.

It's all on next Thursday night.
Cas will wipe the floor with us. The season is already over, has been for some time.

I just can't get excited, we'll just be hammered in the playoffs anyway. Another wasted year.

Agree with most of that and agree his best position is centre but Connor wasn't the worst half back in a Hull shirt tonight.
