I think we are deluded if we think we have strength in depth.We have several fringe players but none of them are at the required standard yet at this level.We can get away with introducing one young player but when it comes to two or three we cant compete.
I said earlier in the week even if we had a near full squad we would get turned over by Salford and Leeds and then Cas to come which may be another embarassment on the scoreline.

We need players back and it sounds like we should be stronger next weekend. No need to panic, I can remember Wigan shipping 60 at Wakefield last season yet they went on to win the Grand Final.

Have to say that Salford were very good. With the changes in salary cap and double marquee player rules I can see them being a real force in the game.

Our fringe players at the Club are not good enough .
Others out on loan are better .
Why loan out Hadley , Naughton and Abdull and keep some of the others at the Club ? Can only be salary cap issues ?

As for tonight . Discipline, defence , ball retention and movement of ball all pathetic.

Win the ruck and you win the game nowadays but when you take 3 men in Houghton 50 + taylor 30+ and ellis 30+ tackles out your team that's a massive loss. It's not just the amount of tackles as well its the tackles they dominate meaning your defence has time to set and get on the front foot. Saw this result coming (maybe not quite that scoreline) when heard the team. Young players will be better for it in long run
