I'm just wondering what method you've used to determine beyond all possible doubt that Shaul is the one telling the truth. Or indeed that the whole thing isn't some disagreement over the definition of 'injured'.

You like to state things as fact that aren't.

Not exactly the club's finest hour. This was basically a non-issue and then the Radford & Shaul show on RH turns it into a farce. If this is indicative of how things operate behind the scenes then no wonder we're in trouble.

Deary me.

International Chairman
I remember listening to my father speak almost in exactly the same tones, the insistant proffering to give an example to back up what's being said, to 'prove' that something was so, the 'jokey' putdowns, all repeated ad-nausuem and so on and so forth...
Then and as it is now, utter gash.

This interview sums Radford and indeed the club up for me, bewilderingly, incompetently, clueless, seriously is there no-one, no-one at all able to deal with things like this, to actually act in an adult way and tell players what not to do from the outset.
This is what happens when you don't have a CEO, when your so called directors are little more than yes men without any idea whatsoever, where's our 'communication 'director' or indeed Pearson, not this buffoon who hasn't got the foggiest idea.

It needs someone to be able to come out and tell the truth no matter how hard that might be, if for tactical reasons you tell a white fib to fool the opposition that's fine, but micturate poor communication and the inability to ensure players aren't involved in idle gossip relating directly to the club on twatter or elsewhere is unacceptable. :x

Have the decency & the balls to say to a player upfront (for example), you weren't at the races and frankly I think your knock is effecting you, and that club policy -which forms part of your contract of employment, re social media (a policy we should have in place!) means we don't have idle chit-chat regarding what you might or might not think about such situations. WE DO NOT NEED ANY DESTABILISING SITUATIONS TO ARISE..PERIOD.

Instead we have untruths, manipulating the facts of whom read what when, yadda yadda & an interview of epicly ridiculous proportions were our coach is saying he is physically striking the players to get them to conform, albeit jokingly to the interviewer but there's enough in there that even if he didn't he is obviously extremely narked about this (partly because he's being found out) so obviously can't help but dig himself and the club a deeper hole in a pathetic attempt to cover his booty, when clearly he just hasn't the knowhow to get his house in order and relate that in a believable way to the media, really you couldn't make this fairy-tale up!!

Yet another failing of our glorious leader and Pearson is micro-managing this? FFS

RADFORD OUT!

Jamie was on the hospitality circus last Friday and when he came in to our box we were told that we couldn't ask him about injuries !!
His body language was shocking.

the only real pace in our team, (lineham apart) and he gets dropped!

Shaul deserved dropping.

His attitude and performances are not good enough.

Plenty of competition for his spot so he needs to seriously 'up' his game if he wants to get back in.

And of course the rest of the squad are performing perfectly.

I suppose he has a point, that FB is our strongest position and we have lots of competition for that spot, compared to say halfback or centre.

But I am not sure that I agree with his other points, Shaul has played well in the few games before the Hudds game, Saints away he was excellent and won us that game with his try (That no other member of the squad could score), I know for some reason certain Hull fans love Rankin, but I just don't see it, has been great when he played FB? Their is a very good chance Rankin will leave (personally I wouldn't offer him a contract as I think we have better prospects internally), so it would make more sense to stick with Shaul and work with him to improve.

His confidence must be really low, as everytime he has a bad game, he gets dropped, while others just keep their places.

Very poor interview from Radford, I hope Pearson listened to it, as an intelligent man, he must have cringed at some of the comments made and will hopefully add to the long list of reasons why he should not coach this club.

I want to believ in my Club and want to get behind them but what a blooming mess and one that could have been sorted by the coach just saying it was a misunderstanding and its sorted. It would have raised a few questions but it would have died away.

Instead we have players being described as nieve, a player being dragged out in front of the media like a naughty school boy, attempts at being funny which where cringe worthy, total confusion and Radio Humberside milking out plight for a its worth. Following his efforts post match last Friday how anyone can defend that interview by our Coach completely beats me it was abysmal!! Just my interpretation I guess but I found it a bit embarrassing!

Summed up perfectly. :thumb:

Sums it up for me Wilf.

Think what this does prove is that the club internally in terms of the team aspect is an absolute shambles and nothing short of amateurish and to be quite frank worse than I imagined. Radford really is proving beyond any doubt that he is certainly not the man nor character to take this club further regardless of the fact he hasn't the Coaching credentials.

Where is the media manager Clarkey? Then again he about as professional as Radford in these situations.

If Shaul had been dropped then fair enough but come on lets at least be honest when all in media say its refreshing to hear a coach speak with honesty (cough cough). The Huddersfield game was poor across the board coaching staff included. No player came out of that game with any real credibility but what urks me is that certain players seemingly can do no wrong and continue in the 17 regardless of attitude/performance.
With the greatest respect we have a team that is better than its postion and performances shown and there are reasons for that and that responsibility lays at the feet of Radford.

What pains me is the fact that AP seems oblivious to the damage that is being done to the club in general with his stubborness to the situation and Radford not cutting it and letting/allowing the general malaise and unprofessionalism continue.

I really enjoy long walks especially when they are taken by people I don't like!
