I respect your right to withdraw pass holder funds and personal support but really believe you will miss a great season and struggle to replicate friday nights supporting your team..
I e-mailed Adam beginning of the season expressing my concerns and due to the poor season and lack of improvement I would not renew my pass as I believed Radford was not the right man for the job. Above is a direct lift from one of his replies to me. Wonder if he still believes that to be true.
Here's an idea: If Radford is so brilliant at the behind the scenes stuff, give him the CEO job and hire a proper coach, because the number 1 priority for the coach should be on the pitch and we're clearly s**t at that.

Good idea.
In my line of work the only way to deal with an incompetent manager is to keep promoting them until they can't do any more damage. Its called the Dilbert Principle.
Radford was a mediocre player, got promoted to bad captain, then became awful assistant coach, then disastrous head coach. The guy is a natural born CEO.

Maybe time to give Radders the CEO job and give Andy Last a shot at head coach?

That statement by Pearson is the biggest work of fiction to come out of this club in a long while Or is it the case that Pearson and/or indeed the players wouldn't allow Gentle to change things..period

We got Sean Rush on board to deal with fitness, now in his second season.
Oh and he used to be conditioner at City when AP was there

You're joking , right? You missed off the ? He's a common denominator more so than Radford. He's one of the reasons that AP can't sack Radford , there'd be no point if Last was to come in. And then who is there? Horne. Another one who knows nothing other than mediocrity in Hull and has no experience of the wider World. How is Andy Last going to be credible when setting out his ideas to Minichello , Ellis , Pryce , Sa et al? Better to sack Last and spend on an attack coach/new assistant/rugby advisor call them what you like but someone with experience and influence that could just maybe drag this season out of the fire and provide a bit of impetus and positivity to spark the players into life.

You would think that doing lots of strength and conditioning work is a good thing, the more the better. At least we will be fit and strong.
This couldn't be further from the truth, there is a fine tipping point were you begin to get weaker and impair your fitness if to much of the same style of training is carried out. This to me looks exactly like FC at the moment. They clearly don't spend a lot of time on attacking drills and creative play, so the theory must be lets make them the biggest, strongest and fittest in the league. Unfortunately they are non of those things, likely because they are doing so much of it they are over training in specific areas, remember during the season you have to factor the impact of games in as well.
If anyone knows the strength and conditioning team at FC, ask a very simple question of them. Are any of the players this week able to lift or improve their one rep maximum on any of the major compound lifts. If not then serious questions should be asked.

Something tells me Cas may be his last game, no proof, just a hunch and a hope if we get kicked out of the cup by our balls being strung up on the fence which is a possibility right now i believe Pearson will be simply embarrassed into action , I can only hope he takes the support coaches out with the same shot
