As has already been said a mix of people on the board from different backgrounds is what is important. If the owner is a fan then great, all he or she would need to do is surround themselves with people who have the appropriate commercial skills and business acumen.
The small badge on the front will always be bigger than the name on the back

Yes they where already out there at the time kath and James went and already speaking to players too.
