I don't believe we played the likes of Cameron Scott, Brad Fash and Jez Litten in that match. Equally Saints have stepped on significantly and are unquestionably the top team in the competition. How many have they lost at home this year - imagine it's not many.

Seen enough of us and other teams this year to still be confident we can make top 5. Problem is the teams in 3rd, 4th and 5th are just making the numbers up and Saints and Wire will contest the final. Games against those 2 sides have shown how far off the pace we are compared to them, and while making the top 5 would be nice (especially after peoples early season predictions) it's only going to end with us knocked out at the first hurdle.

Sorry, I should have made myself clearer for the hard of thinking. Yes, I know saints are the best side in the comp but they were dire 3 years ago and we were much better. Both teams have had some personnel changes but overall the core of the playing squads aren't that much different so using your renowned analytical skills maybe you could come up with the reason why they've improved so much whilst we are much worse?

Yes they were so dire they only finished fourth and were a massive 9 points away from beating Warrington to reach the Grand Final.
