I can see Abdul spelling Houghton as he would be a more versatile option on the bench with three other forwards.

Blessed is he who, in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of the darkness. And you will know I am the (Dark) Lord when I lay my vengeance upon you."

Question. Is our squad looking stronger than the one Radford started 2014 with? The one with Horne and Miller having the 6 and 7 shirts. Tuson starting at 12. Jason Crookes starting winger. Pitts, Whiting and Arundel key bench players, as opposed to Sika Manu and Ellis?
Obviously I'm being selective, but to me the squad overall looks stronger than the one announced with 2014 squad numbers, with the key exception of Heremaia not being replaced. Pretty excited to see how this squad goes.

I think next seasons squad looks on paper to be the strongest we've had for a long time, If we can get the ball wide and fast (& often) we will do some damage.

Exactly. The ingredients are there in terms of a powerful pack with multiple players who can bend the line, bust tackles and seek the offload. If we can improve our support play and maximise Sneyd's effectiveness it could be exciting.

Agreed.
My only worry is that we have no issue getting down the park now, this season. Our pack is stronger next so this will be a given. Just hoping we don't see the same failures and near misses we have had this season. Time will tell. Couple of exciting young backs will help and Lineham / Yeamon (ok will probably get a more sparing role) Rankin are not massive losses IMO. I hope that Radford succeeds next year with this team.

When u put it like that it looks good for next year. Not 1 of them players would make my best 17 next year, whiting the nearest. Some of them are lower division now so shows how bad some of the recruitment was prior.
