I wouldn't criticise any of the players' efforts on Friday, or in any game this season, or last for that matter. It's the malaise of the lack of attacking structure for more or less the last decade that's the issue. The shambles of Green being told to pack down in the scrum when he couldn't put any weight on his leg was indefensible and possibly dangerous however.

I really don't think there has been the level of abuse on this board that your abundance of posts on the subject suggests. Criticism yes, abuse not so much. There's nothing wrong with expressing justified and fair criticism.

We are a fickle bunch . Old Faithful my arris !! Our home support is terrible. I much prefer away games . The old tribal support is evident . At Cas on Friday the support was excellent. At the KC it is souless . Against Catalan it was lunar !! Talking to my mate last night who is a robin and he said the crowd beat Saints. You could see the fear in the Saints players . We had that , but not now . Teams enjoy the sanitised, friendly atmosphere at the KC . We must start to crank up the KC atmosphere. Where are our flags and banners ! Look at the Cas end on Friday , the whole top of the stand was adorned with flags and banners of support . Let's make the KC a fortress. A few rounds of half hearted Come on you ull is not good enough !!

There was plenty of frustration and sighs of resignation in the crowd on Friday but I certainly didn't hear any abuse directed at players. On the contrary, applause was given in recognition of the effort made, unorchestrated as it was.

Our home form over the last few seasons has actually been pretty good, and with the exception of a few notable nights we've never had much atmosphere at the KC.
And I'm sure the Saints players were cacking themselves when R.O.V.E.R.S and the red red robin were sung.

Probably the most misguided post I gave ever read. Will making the KC a "fortress" make Super Leagues worst attack and slowest ever back line more potent? Will making the KC a "fortress" give us a coach with pedigree and an owner that actually understands what the club needs. The crowd at HKR did not beat Saints....pace did,

Actually a lack of half backs and saints p1ss poor kicking game and last tackle plays beat saints
I like the fortress KC idea. Maybe we could have snipers on the roof and take out the oppositions' best players. Possibly the ref too?

The biggest thing that gets my back up is the fact Radford has been a big part of the club's fabric through our demise. Since the ill fated 2007 season, he was captain...then assistant...and now Head Coach.
He should be well aware of what the problems have been and where we need to improve but unfortunately isn't able to change things.
You can date our problems back to Paul Cooke leaving....and who was his best mate? Radford.....who incidentally wants him back at the club as part of the coaching team!
We have a great club, it's time we got the coaching setup we deserve and not someone who is blatantly not up to the job.

If you win on Thursday all this guff will be forgotten. Radford is trying but should never have been given the job- however good a player he was for you and however much he loves the black and whites he doesn't have the coaching experience. It's your board who are the clueless ones and seem to be driving your proud club into mediocrity and beyond. The fact that the players and coaches will read these boards and the lack of support on them won't help the team. I don't think Radford walking or being sacked will do the team any good- the board should bring in a "director of rugby" type to help Radford out and pass on knowledge and experience.
