Just don't get playing Howarth he is so average as a hooker we may as well use Hadley off the bench.Hadley may be limited as a hooker but would give us a lot more flexibility. I am pleased that Rankin has retained the full back spot but I still think we would be better to persevere with Rankin off the bench to spell Houghton and use Shaul at full back now we have most of the pack fit to play.

regrettably that's essentially what we lack when Houghton's on. He scoots , he tackles , that's it for the most part. We need more there , it's a critical position and most teams have more guile , brains and flair there. With Cunningham and Howarth in the wings we're destined to struggle for some time.
In our past 41 games we have only managed 1 back to back win. So the odds don't look great for tonight. I hope they improve on this horrendous stat later!
