I dont get why Graeme Horne is getting all this stick, off all the players in the fc team in the last twelve months he would be by far one of the better performers. He hasnt even been playing playing centre for a full season yet and has now got to develop a relationship with a new 6 and 7 never mind calderwood as his winger.Give him another 10 games at least and then start discussing him.



And its clear that Agar prefers Horne over Hall at centre atm or he would have been in there at the start of the season. This i believe as Halls defence for centre is far too weak and wants him to develop and build his strength up. Agar and Sharp are wanting to build a team which is hard to score against and im afraid to say you cant do that with Hall at centre, or at least for another couple of seasons. Then I can see him being a much more all rounded centre.



Briscoe is being used at the minute and playing well but Agar wont burn him out and play him over Horne when Raynor is back. Allow Briscoe to play a handful of games this season and use him when necessary. This will help him become a far better player in the future!

Why the rolling eyes? Paul is right, no one has knocked Horne as far as I'm aware. Professional athletes are going to be the subject of fans' discussions. As long as it doesn't descend into personal abuse, they have to accept it as part of the job.

I think Graham was one of our best players last season..I believe he will also be one of our top players this season as well.

I don't. He's a useful squad player for his utility value and he's certainly improved just recently. I don't ever see him being a first choice anything if we have a fully fit squad.

Agree, no knocking his performances but we have better when fit. IMO he looked good last season in a poor side too.

i dont get how you can criticise a player for looking good in a poor side. to me that is about as big a complement you can get!!!



one moment of his that stands out was his awesome try against wakefield in the semi final. It was brilliant centre play.

and again I will say that G H is playing well and has done so consistently for some time now and has his place by merit

He's playing no better than average IMO. Certainly not well enough to be starting centre if we had any other decent options right now.
