have we signed hitler or something???! drama queens, recruitment not finished yet (its only july) its just one player, a handy utility player and may even be just a back up for the 1st team who knows??, id expect him to be on a similar contract to ellis. everybody we sign cant be a top player. This news does not put me off renewing my pass.

Nor me, but as a statement of intent it's pretty baffling.
McGoldrick is easily wound up and a cheap shot penalty merchant. Remember the late shot against us earlier in the season? How many of those will he do for us?

As I've said, it's not that he isn't a 'top player', it's that he's utter fooking crap.

If we're short, blood some youngsters. Hasn't done Crooks any harm so far.
We know this is a transitional season so why not. Seems odd to bring anyone in on a short term contract when we've just released a player.
