Massive investment needed in a new leadership group, we need some very vocal players, actually wouldnt mind Bentley who runs through walls, needing players who will not accept sub standard effort and players letting the team down with poor actions and discipline.

Players sign for a club based on what they think they can achieve as a team and individually, not what's happened or not happened in the past.
Like it or not their recruiment in the last couple of years has been far, far better than ours.

Barring some of the young lads who are giving their all, I couldn’t care less if the majority of them left. Ese’ese and Nu Brown gave it ago and must be frustrated with those around them.
