Watts was at Hull fron 2012 and played well for many years. Radford was his Boss from 2014 onward. It’s widely accepted that Watts should have been called up a few years ago.
Powell has not got more out of Watts and has been his manager for 12 months. Watts now plays for his home town. To bag Radford for this is wrong.

And the point is what exactly???
Watts has not improved as a player. He is playing the same as he did when he was at Hull. To suggest that Powell gets something different out of Watts is just plain wrong.
Dont think Watts is playing any better under Powell than he was under Radford but I think his attitude has certainly improved. I think Radford was always an aggressive type player and has tried to instill this in his players and perhaps Watts has reacted to this more than other players. Also people say Radford is a bullying type of person which may also be the reason Abdull left. Different people need managing in different ways and I think Radford only knows one way

No better player think he as on the verge a couple of times, then did something silly on the pitch, seems to have stopped that at Cas Hull selling him might have given him the kick up the backside
If anything Radford really improved him, when we signed him, he was a decent prop with potential and during his time at Hull he became one of the best props in the league.
