Why was Naughton none existent? Because he didn't get the ball as we rightly attached there weaker side.
Micheals is too slow off the mark, he doesn't have the zip or skill that Naughton has, there has been a couple of times early in the season when Micheals had the chance to score, but was too slow, Naughton would have scored them.
Naughton can score try's out of nothing, Micheals is steady and the safe option, but Naughton is the future and should play.

Washbrook deserves a place in the 17, I value the coach who has us in fourth position than a Radford nocker to be honest. Pathetic. Agree we need Naughton's pace but was caught out on the right a tough decision on the right between him and Michaels.
Always the Optimist never the Pessimist. Glass Half full not half empty man me.
Obviously Bumpy is struggling to have digs at Radford at the moment, so has to find someone to direct his criticism at. Unfortunately, it's Washy.
Some people are just plain negative and look for the bad in everything, they have to get their 'fix' and put something/someone else down, whilst justifying it as them being realistic rather than pessimistic.
It's a shame there's people like that, and a bigger shame that Bumpy found this site to troll on, but best just to ignore his ramblings.

TBH I'm not overly concerned how we line up at the moment, we have a squad of players that is more than capable of performing against anyone. The attitude is spot on and they appear to believe in themselves. So if it's Naughton or Micheals I'm confident that either will do the job asked of them.

Taylor was interviewed after the game and sounds like leading from the start is a bit of a badge of honour for him - prefers it to being on the bench. Made some fantastic carries against Wakey.
