I suppose the best way for you to compare yourself against Wakey if you must, is wait till you have played Widnes at their place as well.
Where have I tried to defend our start. We played okay against a Huddersfield team who played very poorly. We tried hard against Warrington but offered little attacking threat. We gave up at half time against Leeds and never even started against Salford. It's been a very poor start.
I'm just responding to some fans who are spitting their dummies out and saying the season is over after 4 games. Afterall, looking at the fixtures this weekend, we could still easily be in the 8 at the end of the round. There's a long way to go yet. We might not win again all season and Batley might hump us 60-0, who knows? All I know is nothing is decided after 4 games.
To listen to some fans you'd think we're the only team ever to get a good hiding. The Wakefield result, Salford's loss to Saints etc. They show that we are not alone.

You're right in that just as Huddersfield and Wire were no reason to get carried away, Salford and Leeds are no reason to think we are in for a bad season.
We undoubtedly have a tough start and will hopefully start winning soon but its hard to see us getting much out of our next two games.
First there was wisdom Then there was knowledge Now there is only information

I don't expect anything at Wigan but the French often travel poorly so I wouldn't be writing that one off yet. If we can be 2 from 6 with a couple of good performances we can go into what is a nice run of winnable games with a bit of confidence, but if you are out of form they start to look a lot less winnable.
This really is Radfords last chance for me though. He has to start showing a bit of leadership to get us out of this slump. Top 8 is still well within our reach, but we've got to start stringing some performances together.

When speaking with a Rovers' supporter its not the height of the contribution but the depths we have to reach in order for you to understand.

The french play rovers the weekend before so will probably stay over for the Friday night game which will probably work in their favour
The club is run by Billy Smart with the clowns in charge. Not a clue We pay off two players costing the club a fortune, and recruit some more backs which can't even make the starting 19. Are any of them better than Arundel or Shannon and are we financially better off for outing them to bring in Naughton and Micheals. While we have rectified the half backs, it is pointless if your pack is can't win the arm wrestle. We have needed one if not two rough booty beasts to plough up the middle for some time. Paea is quality but can't do it by himself, he's a short minute impact prop. We let Lynch go, what clown made that decision, had a monster season last year. Bowden and Green don't rip up any trees, and Watts turns up with a great game when he feels like it. Totally disillusioned I'm afraid

Some good points here, but everyone except me thought that Lynch was a spent force. Idiots.
