Please can we get off the tl debate being going for 3 years now and has not worked out. he may have played well on saturday in some peoples eyes but come on .....

The bench is a joke. We are playing with 3 hookers in Berrigan , Hougton and lee. We need to play with one and stack the bench with Thackery Washy, whiting and sam .

This allows us to move the pack around send yeaman to second row and bring whiting in at either centre or stand off (the position we bought him for)

more ball players and more flexibility .

My team for sunday:-

1. Hall
2. Calderwood
3. Whiting
4. Yeaman
5. Briscoe
6. Horne
7. Thorman
8. King
9. Berrigan
10. Cusack
11. Manu
12. Tickle
13. Radford

14. Dowes
15. Thackray
16. Washbrook
17. Horne

And plan B could be to bring on G. Horne and move whiting to LF or bringing on washbrook to LF with whiting spelling manu/tickle in the 2nd row if you swap him with G.Horne.

I'd play Lee in his best position and completely rest Berro ready for easter. Looked jaded and potentially carrying a knock in London. Maybe rest Cusack for MAloney (not sure on that) and limit Dowes game time. Should be enough to beat Salford Lee has been playing well and could spark us.

Do you think Hull have the finances and pulling power to have 28 superstars in there squad?

Nobody does. Thtas why players like Tommy Lee and Graeme Horne will be in Hull squad for many years to come. The fact that they are acadamy raised makes them gold dust in a league where criterias are set up to enforce youth development.

Personally I like both of them and trust thier abilities should they be called on to cover. First team players, no not if all are fit. Good squad players, YES.

I'd rest Berrigan and start with Lee at hooker with Houghton off the bench.

I would leave our back line as it is. No disrespect to Salford but surely this is great opportunity to practise our moves. The pack does need changing becuase they look shattered and we do have Easter coming up. I would play Washbrook at LF and put Manu on the bench. Play Radford as prop in his second stint at prop and you can leave either Dowes or Cusack out. What about playing Moa from the start and see how he can play for!

You're right Horne isn't a 7, but in all honesty it doesn't matter what position you play him he'll still play the same way and with Thorman at FB he can spend the time we are in possession in the line and playing his normal game, leaving Horne to play his.

Great reward for an improved season so far, he's been one of our better players so lets drop him just because his name is Tommy Lee.

So why would you drop one of the few players that will do things off the cuff (Lee) and leave the other one (Hall) stood twiddling his thumbs at Full Back?

I not a Tommy Lee hater he trys his best and would never slag him off at the match, he has done Ok this this season, nothing special at all, he defends well but thats about it. The fact is that Washbrook and Whiting are far better players than him and have proved it in the past. They have both worked hard in the reserves.

If we play Horne and Hall at halbacks, then welcome to last season.

where did i say we should have 28 star players in our squad , evry squad has to have squad players but feel some of them just havent progressed and there not kids anymore and shouldnt be saying well done for maybe one bit of skill or one nice pass the game is for 80 minutes and need to be consistent which certain players arent.soneone like greame horne has took his chance and improved but some players are given a contract then just rest on their laurel s.
