PAUL M wrote:Nonsense, Hull might want him to be a backrower but he has never actually been one. He is a utility player with his best position so far in SL being centre. He is also a ball handling loose forward to some extent but not an out an out backrower.
hes lining up at centre tomorrow, and hopes to put pressure on the outside backs, looks like he sees himself as a Centre or at least where he thinks he can get game time.

Makes sense looking at our back row strength.

Glad to see him playing.

I think he's been told were he is playing and Hull need cover in the centres. I'm sure if it was his choice he would be playing backrow or stand-off

instead of horne?

he might be in the centres to ease him back in to playing again?

Its the only position he has every had a sustained crack and and performed very well. Maybe he has realised that he wants to nail a centre spot down, and the need of the team feels like thats the space he should be looking to too?

He's a class act, and probably only a metre of pace off being a really top drawer centre.

I was merely stating we're I think he actually would want to play. He was a stand-off for featherstone before we signed him.

But realistically because of his build etc think he always knew that wasnt a position he would play in the senior game. He appears to be best suited to 13 with centre or 2nd row as a close 2nd.
