Just being realistic. You cannot sign a player and then release him for no reason other than you've changed your mind. The club is enough of a basket case as it is.

People saying Abdull won’t play 13 I have no idea what the thinking is with JA but think Cartwright must really like Cust wouldn’t be surprised to see him start as the 6. We were desperate for a halfback for this season and seemingly didn’t show an interest in him when he was available after what was a pretty solid couple of years in a winning side, strange that we now sign him after a disappointing season. Highly thought of at Manly JC must have a plan for him.
