I think Ritsons days are numbered at Saints , Hasn't kick on and only gets in to the side to cover injuries .
To be honest whilst he may have some pace, his overall skill levels suggest he is still pretty much a Championship standard player, as you say he just hasn't kicked on. Think St's possibly rushed in to signing him on the back of Grace going to union, when a couple of clubs showed some interest including ourselves.
I really enjoy long walks especially when they are taken by people I don't like!

Referencing Grace I looked at his stats and if accurate has yet to make his debut in union. He signed for a french club 2 years ago had a major injury played no games and was released and went to Bath. It looks like he hasn't played for Bath either since signing this year. Not to us but I wonder if there's any chance of a return to league. The money situation will probably prevent it but it seems such a waste of talent. On the salary cap there is dispensation for signing union players and league players returning to league but I'm not sure if he meets that criteria. Probably a non starter but as I say a shame as he was a very good league player.

Will be a sad day but the correct decision without the proposed new rule being in place. Probably in my top three favourite Hull players in the Super League era. I hope he gets a good send off at the Catalans game.
With him and Houghton gone that will be all the 2016/2017 Cup winners no longer playing for Hull.

Agree Carlos has been brilliant for us but due to recurring injuries over the last 2/3 seasons it's the right decision.

Can't be certain. But I'm sure Barron and Martin out pace the majority of SL players. They've hunted enough down to prove that when lines have been broken.
Our issue has been attack and getting them with open space in front of them.
On saying that. When space has been in front of them they've not really been caught.
