As long as they’ve played a period of junior rugby over here they are. Theres not many but another is Kade Dykes who played for Cottingham Tigers so would be also be non quota. Believe hudds have one as well

3 years was the period when Lam’s fed-trained status was granted/confirmed.
They won’t want a legal challenge though, so I can’t imagine anybody with the right to work in the UK would be stopped. They might have to make up a new designation or something, if it comes to it.
