It could be a whole load of nothing, maybe preparing for the future, but the timing of this change on companies house feels much more than just a coincidence.

Quote:Mike White @mikewhitesport · 50s Just spoke to Adam Pearson about this. Says he’s going nowhere, hasn’t sold the club and hasn’t got any new investors in.
Told me it’s a ‘clerical tidying up’ relating to the bank asking them to pick one name (Hull Super League Ltd or Hull 2011 Ltd) for accounts purposes and that both companies are owned by Adam so either way he is still the owner of @hullfcofficial
He also said they’re happy where they are at the moment and aren’t actively seeking new investment. AP also added that having spoken to his finance person who was dealing with the administrative stuff on Companies House that he’s asked for it to be reverted back to what it was and that should appear on the filing history in due course.

Crazy how many people get so wound up about something that makes absolutely 0 difference to anything. If Ecostrad are putting plenty of money into the club, which by all accounts they are, then they can design whatever mascot they please for all I care.

I suspect what he means by that is that they aren't going round actively touting for investors. He's said he is open to investment from other parties, presumably if he is approached by the other party.

Exactly….its supposed to be a big deal so what does it matter what the mascot looks like.
