If it was a spell then that'd be fine but it isn't is it. Recruitment, retention, tactics and defence are shocking and have been for some time. Think that's why some people are now dispairing.

I think it comes down to mental state. I accept your point regarding Salford but if the players want it it's there for the taking. If there's nothing wrong behind the scenes we should see a response. Failing that I hope you're right about Pearson.

No one is asking for a boycott, far from but if you can't vent your upset and anger on an Internet forum without being called what's the world coming too. To be fair Salford will be a close game both inconsistent teams but mindset will win this one. Hope we are ready to atone for last Friday.
It is just that an Internet forum, feeling can run high, and sometimes the pen is mightier than the sword. Difficult game on Sunday, they’ve lost a few as well.
Regarding atoning for Friday, after Wakey& Warry plugged us last season, we’ve had our chance this season, to have payback, we played like feather dusters in both games. I can see an average Salford side beating an average Hull side at the weekend, and the pressure to mount further. Regardless the lads getting our tickets tomorrow. Hopefully I’m happy to be wrong again.

Going by our form on Friday, I find it hard to see were our next win will come from in the next 12 games. Could be another run of 13 games without a win.

Not unless we seriously improve, you may well be right.

Thats the most frustrating thing though - i believe with the right coaching this team is top six material - with a couple of top quality forwards added i believe we can challenge again.
We'll get nothing but a loss out of this one. salford play quick and move the ball wide well. just the kind of play we struggle against. A dd in out paper think defence and we won't win

My thoughts exactly. Any team that shifts the ball along the line, like they did against Catalan, will stuff us, plus Josh Jones might want to impress? Remember Connor’s last game against us for Hudds.

Maybe if we haven't got 7 backs injured like last week we'll do a bit better?
Is Hodgson the new Griffin, or is it all about pace?
