Gelling I imagine because Widnes look Championship bound and his deal will then be off. He'd be a good addition, good player and also a character off the field which could lift the squad.
I still think Griffin has something to offer, but in the second row.
Thing is, I’m more concerned with the coaching structures in place. Surely Radford can’t be absolved of all blame? I’ve no doubt they work hard, but the reluctance to implement a plan b is more of a worry in my opinion, than the performances of some players. Cutting players looks proactive, but it’s all smoke and mirrors if they aren’t being coached correctly.

I was Griffin’s biggest critic last year, however he proved me wrong this season before his injury and was looking genuine quality. What we all hoped he would be like when we signed him. Carlos was unplayable at times before his injury too. Both back from injury and both look very slow, average and to be honest not fit. Griffin barely even chasing back for kicks and tackles last night. Not fit or not bothered? I’m not sure. Carlos is safe and his name shouldn’t even be mentioned, Griffin is a funny one and will be on big money. Connor to take his place until Kelly leaves to take his inevitable 6 spot? Or I’d be happy with the Gelling rumours, he’s ace.

because since he has been at the club he has been a huge disappointment. He is no centre, cant tackle, cant pass,no footwork,no speed, and the laziest player in the squad Good riddance

its funny but before the Wakefield game at home Radford announced they had been working on some new ideas and structures.I saw nothing new whatsoever but since then we have played 3 games and conceded 137 points and scored only 29 I agree with you Radford surely cannot be absolved of all blame and following Pearsons announcement that the squad is to be shaken up and refreshed contrary to Radford repeating several times that we will run with the same squad with no additions that surely undermines Radfords authority as a coach.

Would like to see something like this:
Talanoa - Caton Brown Griffin - Gelling Abdull - Jones Green - Mossop Washy & Fash - Crosby Downs & Logan - naughton
Shaul Faraimo Connor Gelling Caton-Brown Kelly Sneyd Taylor Houghton Mossop Jones Manu Westerman
Paea Crosby Bowden Minichiello
Bienek Matongo Hadley Lane Naughton Carlos Miloudi Harris Litten Scott
Plus an attacking coach.
Might be overly optimistic but, I don’t think any of the players I’ve mentioned are ‘out of this world’ and would improve us.
Caton-Brown would give us some pace in the back line we need, plus if you look at his stats he’s got a good average gain and metres per game would suggest he’s got the work rate that Radders wants in a winger
Gelling, X factor player, good work rate. Can’t imagine he’ll want to stay at Widnes if/when they go down
Mossop - we need a starting prop, he’s done it all at Wigan and been impressive at Salford. Good metres/ average gain this year. Should test Salford out with a transfer fee
Crosby - again done it all at Wigan, had a tough few years with injuries and personal problems, he’s only on a short term deal at Leeds. He’s an aggressive prop, would add some mongrel to the pack.

For me first of all I’d play Connor at full back , think it’s his best position and don’t see what Shaul offers . I wouldn’t have resigned talanoa and would have tried for Johnson from Wakey or similar . Regards new signings I think we just need to freshen the pack up , suppose to have signed jones , but I think we need a good prop to replace watts and a back rower in the Willie Manu mould , someone who’s hard to put down and causes havoc out wide .

Whitley is a good shout. Really good player especially for his age. Think too many clubs would be after him though so to get him we'd have to pay over the odds.
