We will never know will we? And you cant criticise the ref based on an assumption. All three are things I have seen players of other teams get binned for numerous times.
As it happens I have watched 3 games this week (the one I didn't see was Hudds v Catalans) and I think all three referees handled their games really well on the whole.
masi challenge you see in most games, washbrook was nothing more than a penalty imo, watch how many times after a try is scored the knees or feet go in, you never know half the time at the play the ball whos going to get pinged, same as laying on, imo needs 2 refs

To me the biggest game changer was actually missing the conversion to Miloudis try. Kick it and we're 1 pt behind so can draw at 80 with a drop goal or win with a penalty. As much as we were still trying to score to win with a try it became our only option with 10 minutes to play
