Not sure how many Hull fans have long journeys ahead of them to get to the game but however many, they will be in the vast minority. Like I say a difficult decision to make, but do the Clubs call the game a game off when the pitch and surrounds have been passed fit and the vast majority of the support can attend and if not they can watch the game live on TV. People have already travelled through form West Yorkshire to the game without a problem but realise that coming over the Pennines is a difficulty.

If 12k+ passholders (and others) can be excluded from attending a SuperLeague game by playing it on the other side of the world, then I guess nobody will worry too much about a few Warrington supporters.
Is Hodgson the new Griffin, or is it all about pace?

totally agree the game should be postponed in line with the other fixtures. How can you expect players to perform in a ball handling sport when the temperature with wind chill is expected to be -8 degrees. Just dont see any advantage to the club playing this game and cold temperatures always produce more groin and hamstring injuries. Small crowd now its on Sky.I have a feeling the club will regret this decision.

If it weren't for sky the game would have been cancelled. No thought for the players or speccies. Poor decision but he who pays the piper calls the tune as they say

The stadium is an enclosed bowl, what kind of winds do you expect at ground level? I mean players have managed to play good rugby and be safe in far worse conditions and not even that long ago never mind when it was winter rugby. I don't remember any players getting hypothermia back then ... unless you are stood still and not doing your job properly. thoughts of the game being PPd for the sake of a minority fans is utterly ridiculous, player welfare is not an issue in this situation otherwise the officials would call it off already, simple as that.

I do, Des Hasler - came out second half in a wet suit iirc and he ended up in hospital with hyperthermia.
