I'd be astounded if Houghton gets picked in the squad let alone makes the 17.

The problem which Houghton has got in my opinion is that he is seen as a starting hooker not the type of hooker you can bring off the bench to inject some pace into the game.

It's a gathering of players who are front runners th make the squad. By time the nrl based players are added that means if you ain't made this squad meet up now your very unlikely to get in it. Not impossible but unlikely
