Naughton for me over Micheals, in a team that struggles for speed, I think his inclusion is essential, no doubt Micheals is smarter in defence no doubt, but Naughton is far better in attack, the try he scored against Hudds and the one he set up againts Saints, Micheals doesn't that.

Sorry Dave but Naughton was non existent at Wakefield. Michaels to come back in for me. Dont understand why you dont think Michaels has speed. He is definately one of the fastest in the squad and his work rate as a winger second to none

So one poor performance and Naughton should be dropped, even though he's played great since Easter? No issues with Michaels playing if thats what happens, and as you say he does have pace, but for me Talanoa is an automatic selection, and of the other two Naughton has performed the better this year.
In this one I think I'd fill the starting pack with the 5 biggest guys we have, knock them about a bit, and then bring on a couple of more mobile guys to exploit their heavy legs.

Its unfortunate for any player to be dropped after having a quiet game like Naughton did at Wakefield and has been pointed out moving wings didnt help him, but Radford is in the position of replacing a player who does not perform as we know they can, thats why i think Michaels will play probably more for his defence and work carrying the ball out of defence. Its the same for Dean Hadley( unless he is injured ) very unfortunate not making the initial squad but having this large squad it certainly keeps players on their toes, although in saying that he does have his favourites .
Washbrook wasnt much cop at Leeds and didnt do much against Wakey either. He's essentially a cross between a half and a hooker, his tackling isn't that good and misses too many or is third man in, his passing is pretty good but this 'work rate' that some espouse isn't reflected in what I've seen nor his stats. Against Catalans I'd much rather have Hadley in to bolster the subs bench and have Green and Thompson too. as a coach 'favourite', or should that be friend, it's unlikely he'll be dropped despite being poor in the last two games
If Radford has his favourites and is picking them rather than selecting players on form (which he isn't) then it appears to be working this season given that we are fourth and two point off the top spot.

You just cannot resist to have a dig at Radford ,your favourite dig is pathetic ,have your opinion thats fine ,if you think players are not good enough fine, but why bring it back to Radford??
