FFS. Have I said anywhere it was the wrong decision?. If you read my posts , you will see I have regularly applauded Radford in his changing of the culture of the club. . What I'm saying is really simple. Dont imply you've released a player on the basis of supporters reaction, when you've made the decision yourself. If you take that as criticism of AP and LR and how they've ran the club, then you're deluded.

2014 win ratio Miller playing 40% (incl 2x1 pt losses) and not playing ANY games between the Bradford friendly and the Salford league match 10 weeks later. Not playing 33% With his obvious lack of coaching & man management Miller was never going to flourish Radford once again showing his class, really needs to learn to keep his mouth in order, his reactions to a few fans regarding players (who are they exactly?) outs him as an idiot

Or maybe he's told daily mail he was under pressure through results this making fans want the right players in positions to take the club forward, experienced & capable players that are able to be professional & consistent.

The point is, don't blame the exit of a player on the expectation placed on said player by the clubs supporters. Not when you've made the decision yourself (which is how it should be done!). Seems pretty simple really.
I don't think he is blaming the supporters. I think he was saying (in a round about way) "you didn't rate him. I didn't rate him. I got rid. So I am listening to you" Which IMO was the correct decision.

Unless the supporters are now in charge of recruitment and retention?. [/b]Is that what you're saying. That Radford would have kept Miller if it wasn't for the 'heckling' he received fom supporters?. Some media training is needed for some of our coaching staff methinks.
You've summed it up perfectly. He's got most of the doubters on his side so far this season. Including me. Remarks like that may come back to haunt him.

You do make me laugh Bumpy! This would be the same lack of coaching and man management that has seen Shaul develop in to one of the best FB's in SL, the progression in to a very good SL prop of Bowden, career best form of Danny Houghton, Kirk Yeaman's Indian summer, Sneyd's continuing development in to a top HB, Naughton's splendid progression... I could go on...
Personally I think Radford has already achieved a lot getting the club generally in order and you're poop scared that he will achieve something with this team.

Please do. Note that Bumpy has moderated his language slightly this year from this, though.

Not to mention (but I will) this classic after the signings of Sneyd, Pryce and Naughton:
Quote:But the club have forced a situation by signing two halves and another back up full back in Naughton plus we have Cunningham as back up 9 not to mention Abdull & HTW in the halves too. This for me is the mistake that will bite us
Do you think it is good business to sign a 20 year old utility 3/4 (Naughton) when we already had Rankin able to cover at FB(& 6/9), Lancaster & Yeaman/Arundel for the wing & centres respectively not to mention Thompson (it would seem from the utility back squad descriptive of him).
Pryce and/or Naughton are mistakes and players we just don't need.
