There is no doubt whatever the capitulation yesterday softens the Wembley hoodoo for us. It's not gone, but we've won the cup three times and the latest experienced first hand by the majority of our fans. I don't bang on about Agincourt when going to Catalans.
Context is important here. It's been 30 odd years in the making. Your club has taken 9 years and spent £4m to make the massive progress of losing 50-0 in a semi final to losing 50-0 in a final. Odds of it coming round again soon with a better outcome look pretty long.
That humiliation will affect them going into 2016 too. Financially and the damage it's caused will set them back 10 years.
Didn't Chester have the honour of another RL record for Rovers with the 84-6 demolition by Wigan too last year? He's just determined to leave his mark, isn't he?
It says a lot when a team is more bothered about the venue than the result.
Not sure what to say, but crack on I would do the same that is why its a good crack. As many of you will do the same, I SUPPORT HULL KINGSTON ROVERS, and its from choice and parents who show you the path of who to support. We got absolutely dry bum+ed yesterday. But life goes on, I Love all Rugby League fans, and would never bore of conversation with them. I still don't like Hull FC Tho!!
