I suspect "slightest chance" is overstating it.
Here's a radical suggestion, instead of baiting the opposition why not cheer on our own players? That's much more likely to have a positive impact on them.

How about we do both like proper fans do? Don't blame those who boo opposition players for a lack of atmosphere.

i am only agreeing with 1865 about him telling lies.of course he isn`t supposed to hang up his boots and retire.the point i am making is lied about not playing for another super league club.anyway,just how long is a club supposed to wait for a player to make his mind up if he is going to stay or not.?

1865 appears to have knowledge of the circumstances, I don't. All I'm saying is (as I understand it) that he (Briscoe) thought he was getting a deal in the NRL, he didn't, and through whatever circumstance, he signed for Leeds, because our deal was no longer available to him. His only other option, in order to keep his word would have been to pack up and retire.
I agree with others that opposition players are fair game for jeering, and general taunting. What I object to, is the downright hatred, and abuse, that was thrown his way on Friday night. He does not deserve that.

Briliant that a former Hull player did that to them. He's certainly scored some tries against rovers in his career. Didn;t he get 4 in a game last year?
